OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH OWNERS We recognize that the success of our business depends largely on the service that we deliver to each of our homeowners. We also understand the financial difficulties that can be associated with owning property, which needs to be financially self-generating. We work in partnership with owners to help achieve their goals. Our overriding principle is to operate openly and honestly at all times. We work hard to achieve the best results we can at least cost. We operate the business as a partnership with our owners. Communication is key, and we use the email to try and stay in touch as much as possible with all our owners and have a dedicated e-mail for use solely by them. When we send out our monthly invoices we often attach an update on what’s been happening and what we have coming up. This may include anything from local news (e.g. Walmart opening near by) to our annual business plan. As the Information Technology arena evolves, we will be utilising our website more than ever before.
We value feedback from owners and enjoy implementing various process improvements, often based on ideas generated by them. After our first year in business we issued an owner survey which we have used to inform our business planning process. We will be able to repeat this survey in the future to ensure we continue to move in the right direction.
